Pugliese Italian Breads

費時六個小時,這還不包含前一晚的起種 (Biga) 所花的兩個小時....


這麼費時、費工做出來的兩個麵包,嚐起來真的是名不虛傳....



一個麵包的直徑有 25 公分這麼大呢!
