在做 French Baguette 時,最後麵糰揉好前,
加一些 shredded cheese (Cheddar、Mozzarella、Monterey Jack )....
做出來的 Baguette.... 好香啊....
起司法國魔杖麵包

用黑麥粉去做 Poolish 時,加了一大杯黑麥麥片....
不知道是不是黑麥片的關係,做出來的德國黑麥麵包不會有酸酸的... 贊!!!
