健康的早餐 --- Best Whole Wheat Pancake



全麥麵粉、小麥胚芽、燕麥麩、雞蛋、牛奶、baking powder、baking soda、Xylitol、鹽、紅花籽油....
攪一攪、煎一下.... 就是健康的早餐!!!
